Can anyone let me know how long they had to wait for Landgate to issue titles once at this stage? I've already done prestart and signed contract. I wanted to raise the garage but the builder it would cost 600 to rebs it plans on top of costs. It was rather disappointing as our sales rep kept pushing for things to be done at prestart. Once you get to prestart they jack up their prices from what they quote previously with your sales rep. Our prestart is now all complete. Bianca the prestart lady was very helpful and assisted us with our 1 million email queries and took bulk photos for us after we forgot to do so.
