They are now a creamy white and not the crisp bright white that polar white should be and they're all scratched, like swirl marks on car paint. Also I installed the pendants over the bench on the weekend and they look great!!! I'm worried now that the rest of the house is also going to be like this. You better send them a cake on its anniversary to celebrate something. Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 645Jul 27, 2015 10:06 pm The pendants look great Hitman ! Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 649Sep 04, 2015 12:06 pm Hey Hitman, Who did you end up getting to do your fences? Also I see that you have the stepped fence and it starts in front of your house. I saw in the design guidelines for Eyrie it needs to be 1m behind house. Did I read this correctly? Thanks Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 652Sep 09, 2015 3:57 pm hitman Update, Now on 4th lot of cabinet doors and still not good enough. First year apprentice fit my house off I think as the second fitting I pulled down the wires just pulled straight out, they weren't even screwed in securely!!! I'm worried now that the rest of the house is also going to be like this. We had electrical issues from henley as well! We actually had our whole house short out!! What happened was one of the outside poerwpoints was illegally done as the cable was cut flush with the brick so any water from rain etc was getting in! We were told that an apprentice had done our house and we have had multiple issues!! So you most likely had an apprentice also! Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 655Oct 20, 2015 7:18 am Gees. Good news about Henley coming to the party, but sheesh, it couldn't be that hard to get a cupboard finish right? Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 657Oct 20, 2015 9:06 am Another update. Air con is booked in for end of October install. Went with Brivis Contour L76 to 8 points. Points ranging in size from 14inch square - 18 inch rectangle. Got a really good price too so pretty happy with that. We were hoping to get the new Brivis Iceberg but it's not big enough for our house Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 658Jan 24, 2016 9:15 pm Been a while since updated last, a lot has happened. Aircon went in without a hitch and is awesome!!!!! Our kitchen is FINALLY complete and new cupboard doors are a billion times better than the previous ones the new product is so much better that I will never buy crystal gloss ever again and will never recommend it. Had a bit of an issue on Boxing Day, our range hood started to leak water. Called Henley emergency repairs and they sent a plumber out straight away. He jumped up on the roof and where our rangehood flue goes out through our roof only had a decktite flashing, it wasn't siliconed so the downpour finally leaked enough to have water running out our rangehood, it leaked through the roof, hit a truss and followed that down to the wiring then down that and out the rangehood. Hope no more damage was done. The plumber that came out was great and he siliconed up the rest of the roof protrusions too. When I was up in the roof there were a ton of red backs so we got the pest guy out to spray all outside the house and powder the roof to kill them all. Few hours later and red backs were pouring out everywhere!!! Haven't seen one since. Oh we also had the heater guys out and they re did all the ductwork for the heater and boosted the burner and fan speeds as we got the top model heater and it was running on lowest settings and not ideal settings for the house. It now pumps the heat into every room with no cold spots! Will try and report more as it comes up. Just general bedding in stuff now that will need to be fixed at 12 month maintenance Re: Henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - The Eyrie Laurimar 659Jan 25, 2016 6:46 am Oh wow, all those red backs would have freaked me out. We have had a huntsman have babies inside our new place so by the time we move in they will be big and plump but huntsmans don't bother me, it's the creepy little white tails and red back types that are scary. Good to see Henley are acting on the after handover jobs. I like to hear about what people find when they are all in and settled. Was the heating ducts fix all done by Henly too?
