He told us bloody April and then a week later our admin told us he told them mid to late Jan lol. I hear you with getting things fixed, he just told us our non centred exhaust fan is because of an obstruction... What ever, they can fricken fix it!! What stage are you at? I've had quite a few issues too, our sashes are also damaged due to them being left on the ground and dragged around by trades and the only reason our stacker got fixed was because I contacted A&L myself and organised it! What I found with SS was that when ever you ask him a difficult question he just goes quiet and walks off or changes the subject.
