Any experience with FHBD??

Hi Guys I want to build a little house and am going cross

eyed with all the reviews out there.
Did have a contract with Aveling but ultimately cancelled the because it wasn't really the house I wanted. Seen some reviews on another site that weren't too flattering. Any feedback on them??
I also saw some reviews on First Home Buyers Direct which were pretty good Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them.
