Being at the front, we thought it would look better being built the same as the rest of the house. Your retainer wall is looking good. I remember all the hard work that goes into building those! How long are you expecting the house to take? We were original hoping to move in end of May beginning of June but now we are thinking more like August. Good Luck! I had been told that Armadale council wont allow it.. How was your builder? We had to meet BAL19 rating for bushfire, but that wasn't affected by the timber frame. Trades wise our local sparkies and plumbers in Bedfordale are great. The build itself the painter was excellect (astro paint services). Earthworks by Washington's was good too and competitively priced. You part of couple behind us on waterwheel? Just going through all the design stages now, feels like its taking sooo long and we have only just started.
