But if it's for a project home, the answer depends on the builder. The reality seems to be that, on a one-house-at-a-time basis, the Colourbond & tiles of most profiles will cost much the same. But your builder either gets a bulk discount on a particular brand and/or a particular style &/or a particular roofing-material; so the cost to go to one from the other really depends on whatever discount they've got (or whatever effort is involved in changing the build process to use an alternate roofing material).
