Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 16, 2014 10:39 am Our plans, to us, say brickwork to 35c in our portico, yet builder has installed hardiflex above 31C. We had to pay extra for the bricks to 35C. Builder claims the hardiflex spandrels means the walls 1 and 2 and silent to wall 3. What a crock? Need advice as to what they actually mean by silent and what the plans are interpreted as far as the builder thinks and says they are. We believe the builder is wrong. Six attempts to construct the portico above 31C, re nailing the hardiflex ceiling sheets in same holes, just a bad job done and supervised badly. Please assist if anyone can. Hi Mofflepop, I would recommend finding a building designer to prepare plans, they should design to your specified budget. The benefit is you can tender the project out… 9 20410 Does anybody who I can contact to adjust the portico on the ground to relevel the portico and roof? 1 831 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16001 |
