So now we are trying to get construction starts as soon as we can. Hopefully all the permit application can be sort out before the Christmas so the slab can be done first thing in Jan. Have you signed your building contract yet? I have one question which I might PM you. Signed my contract last week. We just finished the Fixing stage and on to the Completion stage. Building Carlisle RIVA 29 - Clydevale, Clyde North, VIC. Carlisle use to sneak a water resistant "Performance Solution" into their contracts.
