Thank you all so much for the lovely words and messages - I love you all! You're the best! I feel mega excited and scared of the prospects now, cant believe I will be moving in my first home in about two weeks!!! Whoooop! On that note, we have booked in a final walk through meeting on the 12th at 8am. I should hopefully be able to go straight from there to Aussie living to pick up the keys!!!!!!!! The longest 2 weeks everrrrrrr Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 Re: Aussie Living - AMBERTON - PCI 29th @ 8am! 693May 29, 2015 12:27 pm Here is the update on the completed list. - Complete: Cleaned up tiles All plumbing including fixtures & toilets Stove top installed Completed Gas Water Unit Installed Paving (Driveway, Alfresco & Laundry) Bulk head fixed Garage Door Fix plaster around plugs/light switches & tiles that are chipped or not finished off Internal paint (Walls, doors and frames) Internal flooring (Timbernate) Ceiling Cracking between Kitchen and Living Room Cornices coming away from wall in Dining Room Door handles Internal flooring (Carpets) Window Furnishings Electrical Commissioning Silicon to finish tiles in kitchen/bathrooms Shower screens Mirrors in Bathrooms Tv Point Wiring in Home Theatre One tile not laid in 2nd toilet on window sill With regards to things that are still not complete, the list is pretty short!! - Yet to Complete: some external paint Front Door needs to be painted internally & externally and the door handles need to be put on. Aircon Unit Here are the general 'fixes' on PCI list: - Fix List: Retaining Wall Oil on the floor of Garage External wood beam above garage door needs to be sanded down and re-painted. Too many wood bumps and looks average painted. Metal flashing on tiles need to be fixed on the Roof, front of the house General wall/paint patch and touch ups throughout!
