Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 21, 2014 1:15 pm Hi I Have recently recived a tender letter from coral homes to build in Northlakes estate, Cameron park NSW. Most of the prices in the tender i can handle and understand the cost involved, but i have asked that the outdoor alfresco area has its slab intergrated to the main house slab. This is an extra for me and cost quoted is $3800, maybe someone can explain why it is so expensive before i go to talk to them next. The area to be concreted is 29m2 according to the floorplan and would already be leveled etc to pour as it is under the main roof of the house, the conctrete truck would already be onsite to pour the house slab. any comments would be appreciated. Thanks Glenn Re: looking for some info on tender letter pricing. 2Feb 23, 2014 7:11 pm If you do it later, its may cost you around 60$/sqm.. Did you got quote with other builders!!
