This topic has been very quiet lately.
I'm finding this an increasingly frustrating situation. The developer is not being responsible. There has been no communication or explanation as to why the subdivision has not yet been approved by council. I am doubtful of our promised January registration.
Has anyone been receiving their monthly Greenway communication newsletter - I haven't.
If the developer fails to be proactive in attending to councils requests required for final subdivision approval - most of us face tender increases. This is not fair.
Larger developments throughout Sydney, which started after Greenway have completed houses on them. Subdivisions within blacktown council, also started after greenway have houses being constructed.
