This is not right Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 845Nov 23, 2014 12:38 pm After carefully analysing the information at hand and re-assessing the situation, I think we should step on the breaks, stay calm and rely only on the official documented information that we have, which should have come from our Conveyancers or from the Greenway Team. We should not be carried away by unverifiable information and treat this as mere hearsay. We should only be posting information that has a basis and that will not cause undue stress to those who may be impacted. I myself am staying positive inspite of all these recent developments and as everyone else we should be more excited that land registration may eventuate anytime and that we will be living side by side thereafter. I consider Greenway Living as one of the best investment that our family had ever had. I therefore encourage all those who are reading this forum and have not purchased a package yet to be our future neighbours. The remaining packages in Stage 3C all sit in a prime location so if you still have any hesitations I would say GO FOR IT!!! Have a safe and happy holidays!!!
