Congrats and look forward to following your build Providence Estate - Wellard, WA - Ventura https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=68532 Pinterest (all selections): http://www.pinterest.com/aimees88/final-house-selections/ Re: First Home Builder with Redink - Awaiting Building Permi 42Jun 12, 2014 9:57 am Cant wait to see how yours comes together, I seriously struggle to find inspo for my kitchen as we have super dark bamboo flooring and you cant have too dark of a kitchen otherwise it looks like a cave but i hate ALL white kitchens! and your ring is beautiful !!! Id love to get engaged during the build but unfortunately I feel Id tell him to take it back and put the money into our deposit LOL Re: First Home Builder with Redink - Permits Issued!!!! 43Jun 13, 2014 10:36 am Thanks all yeah, pinterest was my new best friend when finding inspiration for our kitchen. We've obviously gone with a white benchtop and cupboards but we have a grey splashback so it'll all look pretty good I think. With the dark floors you kind of need to have a bright kitchen and the grey and white colour scheme looks really good with dark floors. Totally get on Pinterest LaceyM haha. Permits are issued! What an awesome start to the weekend!! Re: First Home Builder with Redink - Permits Issued!!!! 44Jun 13, 2014 3:44 pm Congratulations on builders permit!!!! Getting closer to that slab now Re: First Home Builder with Redink - Permits Issued!!!! 45Jun 13, 2014 3:46 pm love pinterest! it's the only way I can keep my ideas organized:-) congrats on builders permit, hope you're going to celebrate this wknd! Bit of a trek for us from Canning Vale to Ellenbrook so we don't get up there much! Re: First Home Builder with Redink - Permits Issued!!!! 47Jun 18, 2014 8:51 pm Pinterest is so great! I'm addicted. We've been Tap 48Jun 26, 2014 1:53 pm Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! We've been Tap 49Jun 26, 2014 2:05 pm Congratulations on the tap, site works will start before you know it!! Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! We've been Tap 50Jun 26, 2014 2:06 pm Hey, a tap is exciting!!! Congrats. I want one:) We just got our final plans to review and sign. We actually out everything on hold this week as we considered a major structural change, but decided against it so things are back on track. We'll go over everything with a fine tooth comb this weekend, sign off on final documents and hopefully we'll have building permit and a tap in a few weeks. Why 6 weeks between tap and siteworks starting? Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! We've been Tap 51Jun 26, 2014 2:18 pm Fingers crossed they start soon, I'm fairly certain 6 weeks is the maximum time they have to commence works on the land so that's why they've said that. I'm hoping it's sooner. The block across from us also has a tap and a temporary meter box with Redink, assume they are fellow Redinkers haha their building supervisor is S.Park as well, wondering if this is THE Scott Park or if this is wishful thinking haha. Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! We've been Tap 52Jun 26, 2014 2:31 pm Congratulations on the tap!! We got one too recently! how good is it to see progress! We've been Tap 53Jun 26, 2014 3:09 pm Congratulations on your tap!! And I'm sure your site works will start sooner than that!! Just think 6 weeks is the max wait time and 6 weeks goes so fast! You'll have a slab before you know it! Hehe yup our power box says S.Park as well, must just have his name on all of them being the main man because he's definitely not our supervisor Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! We've been Tap 54Jun 27, 2014 4:08 am That is so exciting And to potentially have THE S Park whoop haha! Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! We've been Tap 55Jun 27, 2014 11:25 am Congratulations on you lovely shiny tap. Have my fingers crossed for you that you won't have long to wait to get your party started. Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! Siteworks Comp 56Jul 21, 2014 5:35 pm Sounds like site works are done, that's great. Any idea when slab will be done? You've gotten me very excited that we won't have too long a wait until site works. I will have to drive out to block soon and see if there's a tap Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! Siteworks Comp 57Jul 21, 2014 7:01 pm Site works are complete not sure when the slab is due. Going by the house across the road also building with Redink, could be this week. His/Hers went on within a week or site works finishing so fingers crossed. I have a feeling they may do their house then perform the same stuff on ours which will most definitely work in our favour. Don't know how true that is but so far seems to be the case as we're only about 1 week behind them! Just paid our first progress payment, not fun haha! I also think our tradies got bored spray painting the house lines (note the naughty picture below) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! Re: First Home Build with Redink, Ellenbrook! Siteworks Comp 60Jul 22, 2014 12:04 pm Hahaha it is funny but like you say not everyone would find that funny! Don't think my parents would appreciate that haha! They should be a bit careful! 1. Roof cleaning and paint - which colour do you recommend?
