Update Re: M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 5 Months & Waiti 285Jun 07, 2015 3:55 pm UPDATE: Guy was out Thursday and started work, we have had a bit done but there is some bad news. As the brick clean was never done the mortar has set too hard and the acid wash can't remove the mess the brickies left behind. I would be seeking compensation for the brickwork, it's not going to help you when/if you come to sell the house down the track but they need to be accountable and you paid for a new house, not a new house with mortar spread all over the place. My Build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=74866 Re: M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 5 Months & Waiti 289Jun 08, 2015 3:38 pm Oh I am so glad they pulled their finger out and got someone in to sort out the issues! Hope that the good vibes roll on and all of it is sorted for you! Keep on them and smash them down when they are not doing what they should! Great persistency - even though you shouldn't need to be like that!! Sorry to hear about all those issues. We are building with M3 Residential too and it is a real disaster so far. These guys shouldn't be in a building industry at all. Big promises and zero delivery. We have really big issues like few others here. And I thought I must join and stay in touch and keep all our readers and followers informed. Guy was out Thursday and started work, we have had a bit done but there is some bad news. As the brick clean was never done the mortar has set too hard and the acid wash can't remove the mess the brickies left behind. We thought this is a time to take some action and get this message out to other community people so that they don't go through all this. We are building with M3 residential and so far it is a real disaster. Not even 1 stage from prestart, drafting and onsite was smooth. Big promises and zero deliverance. These guys shouldn't be in a building industry at all. On the basis of our house construction so far it seems like that they do not have any trades or no body wants to work for them. No surprise if they are financially struggling as well. They do not have any display home. Which means no one knows the quality of a house they build. Communication is not on their list. If any, that would be full of rudeness and attitude. Our suggestion is that go to a builder with a reputation because we are talking about building real house not a cubby house. Re: M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 5 Months & Waiti 295Jun 12, 2015 3:32 pm Hi another-1
so sorry to hear you are having troubles as well. We don't have a lot of communication from m3 either but like you when we do its usually very rude, please do not take this personally as I know a fair few couples who have the same complaint after they sign on the dotted line. Just do what we all have done and save all your mail. Re: M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 5 Months & Waiti 296Jun 14, 2015 6:46 pm Just a little bit of m3 trivia did you know that the build you see on their web pages at Bicton is Marc's own house and he has a supervisor moonlighting from another company to look after it. so no one since they first began in 2013 has put their hand up and allowed them to show their house off. Another 1 is right M3 do not offer to let you see any homes and speak to anyone who has previously built with them. but I am checking out the list they give to us all when you ask what they have built in the designer range.
Re: M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 5 Months & Waiti 297Jun 15, 2015 3:44 pm hi guys , well drove down past the build about 1pm, no surprises and no roof chippies either so guess it will be another time never mind after 10 months of hell whats another letdown. Re: M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 5 Months & Waiti 299Jun 28, 2015 9:48 am Hey Salsaby, Any update??? My Build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=74866 This certainly doesn't look good.
