Re: Warnbro, M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 244May 10, 2015 4:51 pm Hi All, We have recently signed contracts and secured finance to build with M3. Today I had a call from a friend who had been told that they have "fallen through" no longer trading but still accepting people's money!! As its the weekend I am unable to get in touch... Has anyone else on here heard the same or knows what is happening? I would be grateful for any info Cheers Jamie Re: Warnbro, M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 245May 10, 2015 7:49 pm Maybe your friend has mixed them up with free life homes? Nothing yet, waiting to see if there is any movement any time soon. Sadly its too late to have the house looking great for our Engagement party this weekend. Cheers Re: Warnbro, M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 250May 12, 2015 1:34 am Salsaby, I am sorry there has been no progress! My Build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=74866 Re: Warnbro, M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 256May 19, 2015 1:41 pm Hey Salsaby! Sorry to hear about your misfortune. It appears my husband and I are in a similar situation with M3 as you. We are due for handover in a few days, however many items from PCI have not been addressed. We are desperate to move in, however we dont want to accept the keys if the house is not complete. M3 reckon they can fix the outstanding issues after handover, but after being screwed around for over a year by them, i honestly dont trust they them. How did you go proceeding with the builders tribunal? Re: Warnbro, M3 Residential - PCI STILL NOT COMPLETE 257May 19, 2015 1:41 pm Hey Salsaby! Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Best advise I can give you is to hold out refuse to sign - they promised us they would come back and fix everything after christmas/new year which we now really regret. Nothing yet as at 11th hour we had contact after they saw my post here - since then we still have had to chase them after they promised to send a maintenance team out to us. My partner emailed them late last week to see what was going on to be advised the leader of that team had fallen ill and would be engaging a new one today. That took 3 weeks and us asking/calling/emailing to get answers. We would be calmer I'd they just kept us informed and we didn't have to chase them... feel as if we are being put off so we don't take them to tribunal. Won't be waiting much longer to be honest, we have waited long enough. Thankyou for all the well wishes for our engagement party everyone, we had a lovely day despite the condition of our house. Good luck and please don't sign unless EVERYTHING is addressed.
