Anyone who has purchased a H&L package through Casaview, have you had any update from them.
Also I was thinking to create a what's app group of people are interested to discuss any updates from Casaview as I believe a lot of us might be in the same boat. Happy to get your thoughts. Thx

When I had enquired with Rhiannon few months ago, she did confirm that natural gas will be available to the estate.

ok thats great but not from crownland , anything on field which indicate natural gas line available.

I believe now you guys have access to land so when you go for soil sanity report / land survey report may get idea.

or any peg out for natural gas line at block ?

When I had enquired with Rhiannon few months ago, she did confirm that natural gas will be available to the estate.

I had the same confirmation and i think provider was endeavour energy but will def need to reconfirm.

Guys I spoke to my solicitor and they are not happy with crownlands solicitor who keeps on saying refer to the land contract.

Anyway, i have called rihannon at crownland and she kindly confirmed that natural gas is there and will be ready before settlement.

So looks like the work is going in parallel.

The last time we were there, early October, Bridge Street/West Parade is open so we're able to walk on our block.
Maybe they put up the gate on weekdays. I wonder if the tree in front of out block is still there.

My solicitor and currently waiting on council for some usual checks. Post those checks settlement will happen straight away.

Yeah they submitted it on Monday and are anticipating 5 days. Once they are ready to settle they will have to book appointment with other party and settle. My only suggestion is that keep your finance ready and this process can take 2 weeks for sure.

Thanks Blueeyes, nice to hear that, your property will be start construction about mid Feb? My property will be start construction around March, then we an share about construction photos and experience, fun time will be start soon
