Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 04, 2014 8:34 pm Hi all, My partner and I are unsure how to approach the tender process. What kind of information/ homework do we need to do before approaching builders for a tender? Is it worthwhile engaging a quantity surveyor to do this for us? Can someone please recommend a QS who services Sydney metropolitan areas. I feel extremely stressed as we are progressing very slowly on our building project. Any help will be much appreciated.
