I'm so jealous haha. But its great you will be on track and in with plenty of time before christmas if all goes sweet! We have been told bricks finished will by the end of the week, but I think they're being optimistic. I'm hoping for a miracle to have it all done by week 24 (8th December). Re: Celebration Homes - Lennox - Banksia Grove 102Sep 05, 2014 12:15 am mr singh Looking fantastick ash I think my hand over will be less then one month.i am doing my own carpet tiling and rest of it Wow, Mr Singh less than a month, that is brilliant. We were really lucky our plan came with the flooring included. It certainly was a big factor when we were picking plans. Re: Celebration Homes - Lennox - Banksia Grove 103Sep 05, 2014 12:28 am JMCL Yayyyyyyy, lock up! You are going to be living in your house in no time Great idea moving bedroom 3's door. I can't do that to mine as I don't think it will look good like yours will as we didn't move our store? Are you buying new furniture etc? I am sooooooo excited about decorating my own place and doing whatever I want - we're planning on being there a while Can't wait to see all the progress with the tiles being laid and cupboards put in etc. I hope you get lots of chances to get inside while the tradies are there working Hey JMCL, Yip, I understand what you mean about the door for bedroom 3. We are gonna have to by a fair bit of furniture, we are living with my mom so we will need the big ticket items, couches, dinning room table, outdoor setting. We have so many things in boxes we havent seen in years so it going to be fun opening them all up again. We are really looking forward to it. It will be like Christmas, ahahaha. becksyfreemo Ah wow a couple of spots of bad luck then But at least you're through that now and so close to lock up. I'm so jealous haha. Fingers crossed! Our Build - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=69989 Re: Celebration Homes - Lennox - Banksia Grove 106Sep 08, 2014 1:28 am House is looking amazing AshShep! I can't believe how fast it's coming together Looking forward to seeing your decorating choices too. When we move it will be our 2nd home and will need to fully furnish it as everything will be staying in our current home. We are a long way from that though as our pad hasn't even been laid yet, hoping everything goes as smoothly for our build. I really hope you're in for a Christmas and by week 24, it will be a great Christmas by celebrating in your new home Re: Celebration Homes - Lennox - Banksia Grove 107Sep 16, 2014 1:07 am So we officially reached lock up over the weekend. So good progress so far. All doors haven been hung and almost all the shelving has gone in, just waiting on the bench top in the walking pantry. You've gone for white cupboards too, I'm starting to second guess my choices??? Prestart is meant to be next week and now I'm not sure - it's all so hard and being 36 weeks pregnant is not helping with decision making??? JMCL, Go with your white cupboards, i love mine, they are nice and glossy, the pics dont do them justice. Good luck with prestart!! We had our lock up meeting today, PCI is booked in for the 15 October, so excited, it will be here in no time. We have started to go through our things, bin our junk so we dont have to unpack all on the other side. Plus start packing what we don't need at the moment. Re: Celebration Homes - Lennox - Banksia Grove 118Sep 23, 2014 10:43 am Wow that's great! Congrats on the PCI date. Everything is looking awesome!
