Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 30, 2014 1:20 pm We recently purchased our block in Honeywood Wandi. It’s not a big block, which is great as we aren’t gardens. (The less plants to kill the better ) but in saying that we are going to have a huge amount of space that is all ours inside Currently we are going back a forth between three or four builders. This decision is a hard one. There are so many out there with so many deals. Currently we really like Red Ink, the sales rep has been really good and basically custom designed the house for our block, which hasn’t been the case with the other builders. At this stage we are very close to having a final design we would like to say yes to. But we need to look at all the inclusions and make sure we are getting what we really want for the money we spend. Since we don’t have titles until April it seems like a good idea to get all our approvals and choices made early so builder can be on site from word go Any feedback or help thought our journey would a great help Re: First Home- A Hobbit Hole in Honeywood - Builder TBC 2Jan 30, 2014 2:41 pm Hi Hayyels_87, Contrats on securing your lot.
