Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 21Feb 16, 2014 2:48 pm Hi again, this forum is excellent, theirs some excellent advise and information, on here, have you picked all your colours, ?what brick have you chosen?? we found choosing the brick was hard, the brick we wanted has been discontinued, so we chose "homestead red! " However when we went and had a look at a home built in this brick we didn't like it, make sure you go see a home built in the brick you choose, seeing the samples at SBG , doesn't give you much to look at! Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 23Feb 18, 2014 9:28 pm Guess what? The containers that was the office, has gone, and porta loo have been placed around the estate! the footpaths are complete, cross overs on one side are all in, still waiting for our cross over! top soil in place on most blocks, it's pretty close now people Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 24Feb 19, 2014 8:56 am I got an email from our conveyancer this morning saying that the registration of subdivision will occur (well they anticipate it to occur) in the first week of March with settlement 10 business days after notification. SO CLOSE. 15 months of waiting and it is so close!!!!!! Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 25Feb 19, 2014 10:00 pm Woohoo! us too! Same email Mind you after today's rain there is a mighty big pond down the park end, lol We didn't go look tonight, it was too wet, so we will take a walk tomorrow , and let you all know if anything has been done! Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 28Feb 21, 2014 9:43 am Can you actually get in and walk down through there or is it still fenced off? I've only ever been in there once, that was on the day we bought the block (Dec 2012!!) and they'd just started earthworks. Was a bit of a hike back up to the Country Club lol! Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 32Mar 24, 2015 11:51 am Hi, would love to know if anyone planning building anywhere near us , we are no. 12 Beaumont Drive or hopefully will be one day. I can't get in to see if crossovers done yet but think they are supposed to be, cannot see from the wire fence where I park. Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 35Mar 25, 2015 10:09 pm Yes TashPaul I think I saw on a previous post with your name and I think you may be almost opposite the T section to our street. So happy to hear from someone building near us.. We are in 2D supposed to be titling Ju.ly hoping it does not take long for plans to go through after that. Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 36Mar 27, 2015 10:14 am Yeah I know... we are 2D also. Hopefully it is still July!! Been keeping an eye on it and they are getting there, slowly. I think that the day I see curbs going in, ready for the roads etc, I am going to be a bit excited (the roads etc seem to be amongst the last things that get done before Titling). Who are you building with? I am surprised that there aren't more Stage 2 people on this forum... My blog: tashandpaul.wordpress.com Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 37Mar 27, 2015 9:54 pm We are building with Leading Edge Homes, yes it would be great to hear from others nearby. If it not too much trouble would appreciate if you send me a message if anything moves forward. We would not have sold our home as early as we did if we had known it was going to be July so now staying with friends and I am having trouble with Internet connection where we are staying so not always able to get Emails or get on here as computer in storage only have IPad . So anxious to get house started as are a lot of people I guess Re: Cloverlea estate ?? 38Apr 10, 2015 9:50 am Hey, noticed last night that some of the curbs have been put in along Stage 2 Columbia Blvd.... have to be happy with that. I think when they started the curbs etc in Stage 1, roads came next, etc, and settlement was a few months later so it might be that we are actually on track for July!!???
