Browse Forums Building A New House Re: In-Vogue Build at Champion Lakes (WA) 121Jun 19, 2015 10:32 am Catherine, can't believe you are still not in and I have moved in mine already! It's crazy! Hope it went well yesterday? Re: In-Vogue Build at Champion Lakes (WA) 122Jun 29, 2015 10:45 pm We identified the things we needed fixed to comply with BCA specifications and have received some formal correspondence confirming these things will be done and that we would be given a PCI date from our site manager. We have been given a rough window to expect a PCI date which is two weeks from now - after PCI we need to do all the floors, painting, window coverings & paving (oh the paving) before we can comfortably say it's finished, although I suspect we're going to move in as soon as there's floors to put furniture on! Re: In-Vogue Build at Champion Lakes (WA) 123Jul 09, 2015 10:16 am OMG... finally got a PCI date, with 2 day's notice. However, we'll take it. There are things that haven't been fixed from the report we provided back in April, so we have a long list of things to address. Lots of photos to take as well. Should be fun... not. Nice... not. One day we may just get handover. Also, turns out the rubbish bin was from someone else but the contractors from our build had been using it. Anyway, it's been cleared now (by the council, I think).
