Can only get the quote by a booking as we have wasted too much of their time according to them...)
I'm not sure who to go with as I've heard some really good things about Arden. The sales person we are dealing with at homebuyers (Not to mention a name) is rather pushy and is rude. The sales rep from Arden has been in the industry a lot longer than the sales rep from homebuyers and has a lot more product knowledge and is pleasant. We have seen the Allure in person but the design from Arden we modified so we can't see it in the flesh.
Arden don't include a drive way, curtains and has a smaller alfresco area, but their design has an extra bedroom, glass splashback in kitchen, nicer tiles to choose from and are rather better to deal with.
Any thoughts??
