Does anyone know roughly the labour cost for installing the following. I will be supplying all light fittings and parts. Hope those who have contracted an electrician or are themselves an electrical tradie can help.
1. Downlights - Replace existing bayonet point with a 92mm cutout for flex and plug downlight. Installation of GPO is required.
2. Ceiling light - Replace existing bayonet point with oyster or pendant light fitting.
3. Outdoor - Install outdoor wall lights.
4. Staircase - Wall floor lights with flex and plug. Installation of GPO is required.

I assume you mean doing all this after handover, right ?
Most cookie cutter builders won't let you bring in your own trades until after handover.
If you have any owner builders close by, I'm sure they'd appreciate the donations of the old batten holders and the like, so they can save a few bucks on their own builds.
If your house is brick, then I do hope you've had cabling run to those outside locations, as you will find that they will take quite a wire for a sparky to route the cables to those locations, but I guess with your nick you've done all of that already.
