Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 16, 2014 6:21 pm Our builder has asked us to obtain a Ticket of Work number from Telstra so that the contractor can supply and install our telephone requirements at our new place, because apparently Telstra has stopped contractors logging addresses for builders and electricians, and this must now be done by the property owner. I've called Telstra and nobody seems to have any idea what this is! Has anybody else had to do this for a new build? Any help would be much appreciated because apparently the contractor cannot do any work on site without the Ticket of Work number....
