Hello
I'm trying to put together a project plan for our build and I wonder if anyone could comment on the times I am allowing for tradies to complete their tasks, and whether I've missed any tasks.
Bit of background, this is a 2.5 storey house on acreage, 30m back from the street. The bottom storey is an unfinished basement of 230m2 designed to act as foundation for the remainder and we will be excavating a chunk of hill to put it in which is comprised of loose sand and other crap. The remainder of the house is a ground floor of 230m2 and a top floor of 80m2.
The ICF days are pretty accurate, but any advice on the rest would be much appreciated.
