Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 62May 27, 2015 11:49 pm Swung by this arvo and the soffits are all installed as well as the garage ceilings and portico so the sparky and plumbers must be due before the roof tiles are installed. They have moved super fast with your build hey, you'll be in in no time Do you think you will be the first one in your street to move into your house? Your house is proof of Celebrations reputation - they build their houses quick! Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 64Jun 02, 2015 12:32 pm Thanks again JMCL we're on track with moving in first but the other cele house Opposite us isn't far behind. Nothing's been done since Thursday which is a shame after all they've done so far. Hope the sparky and plumbers do their stuff this week. Went to measure where our down lights will go to see if framing will be in the way as on a plan doesn't show the framework and need to move a couple so will try to ring them today but I don't fancy my chances. ______________________ CELERBRATION HOMES The Lennox Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 65Jun 02, 2015 8:46 pm You probably won't see where your lights go for a long time. At our build we are nearing lock up, only just got our ceilings in and our lights still aren't there yet. This is with celebrations too. They might have wires in but they don't drop them yet. Unless you mean where you hope to put them after handover, in which case ignore me Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 66Jun 17, 2015 11:42 pm After calling in this afternoon for a quick look to see the roof tiles on just needing the ridge capping cemented on I also saw they have grey floated half of the house in just one day so am really impressed. Ended up catching up with the build supervisor who was happy with progress and my ideas on installing soak wells at the back whilst they're working inside. So progress is good before the rains come. ______________________ CELERBRATION HOMES The Lennox Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 68Jun 20, 2015 5:59 pm Our supervisor was with the back after I detailed how I was going to do it etc. Nice guy to deal with. Swung past yesterday to see whole house now has internal render done and just external render to go but am bl@@dy annoyed with the roof tiles as the majority have paint missing so you can see the red clay and plenty are chipped so will be emailing them to see the resolution as they still haven't cemented the ridge capping yet. We won't accept the house until it's sorted because the ole wait for the 6 month maintenance check is a load of cr@p to blow you off to get the final payment. ______________________ CELERBRATION HOMES The Lennox Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 69Jun 26, 2015 8:43 pm Windows are in and the front is now rendered. White set should be going on next week with only the doors to go on before lockup. They are flying through your build hey? I have noticed that with lots of the Perth CH customers on Instagram etc. One person got their slab a week after me and they already have cabinets in and have started the tiling! Their house is a lot smaller than mine but I think that standard is pretty amazing of CH. Did you sort the roof tiles out? The house is looking great, can't wait to see your render colours Our build - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=74793 Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 71Jun 28, 2015 10:34 pm House looks awesome lineu! Your roof is a nice colour! Can't wait to see the renders painted! What colours did you choose? On another note we've had our first theft, both external taps ripped off house and the piping after the water meter ripped up to where the house connection is. @rs holes must be desperate. Cornices and ceilings are ready to install as the white set is all done but they're buggering around not finishing the roof ridge capping and broken tiles so could be a wet area this weekend. Even took all the hot water piping sticking out from wall. Probably meaning they'll have to smash it out of the theatre wall and re run some more. More delays I guess. ______________________ CELERBRATION HOMES The Lennox Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 74Jul 06, 2015 4:22 am Wow, that's terrible about your piping getting stolen Linney! Let's hope that's the only theft you will experience. I can't believe that happened to everyone in the entire street too, I hope they get caught soon. The inside is looking good. Have they given you an approx move in date yet? I think we will be in about the middle of September, that's going into week 27/28 for us? I've noticed South West builds take a few weeks longer than their Perth builds but I'm still really happy with time frame. Good luck this week, I hope they sort your roof tiles and piping out quickly for you! Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 75Jul 09, 2015 12:33 am All the ceilings are in and the architraves are finished so only needing a couple of doors and we're at lock up. Apart from a front door we're waiting to install cabinets and paint ceilings. Our CLO is leaving the company which is a shame as she has been very helpful so hope the last half of the journey is as enjoyable as the first half. ______________________ CELERBRATION HOMES The Lennox Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 79Jul 20, 2015 4:41 pm Hey Linney, I know what it's like to get the water meter ripped off, it's happened to us twice! Better get it locked, if you want, pm me about it. Your house is looking good btw Building: The Maxum Builder: New Generation Homes Estate: Springtime Estate, Xavier ____________________________ Our build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=73924 Re: Building the Lennox in Matilda Estate Landsdale. 80Jul 28, 2015 11:35 pm Swinging by this arvo to see ceilings painted and the cabinets all installed. The shelving to laundry, storage room, pantry and wardrobes are all in. Bench tops and sinks and tap ware all done as well. Tiles are all sitting in the theatre room waiting for tilers and we must be due for a site meeting but we've been lucky in that when we've gone for a look someone's been there and let us in. Would change the title but can't on the iPad. ______________________ CELERBRATION HOMES The Lennox Can you give advice on how to get missing certificates needed for a form 21? Our bank requires us to provide one but we are missing 4 building certificates from our first… 3 56856 yes it does, you've just not understood it. theres a difference. 4 2776 Your house should come in "as new" condition.
