As you guys are aware of windows reglazing, he called me to inform that he made mistake in landscaping cost and he cannot proceed with landscaping unless I'll accept an extra $2200 towards total landscaping bill. I have told him that this change isn't acceptable and unless he will complete landscaping on initially agreed cost, we won't be interested to proceed with him either. For total 33m and 3 sleepers high, looking for about 45 sleepers in 2.4m long, 75mm thick and 200mm high each. Material cost would be close to $700. Then 140mm wide merbau material will cost around $1500. What do you guys think, DIY is yaaay or nayyyyyy? You've done a pretty decent job on the rest of the place - I can't see that being something you're uncapable of. Do it yourself. In my case I bought structural LVLs and scraped them back and used them as joists. 1 5383 you need to understand the breakdown of warranties. 90 warranty is considered as minor defects rectification period where as the longer ones are more major/structural… 1 5510 |
