We were looking at carlisle but we just couldnt find a floor plan that we100% liked, where as the Henley we have chosen is more to what we will require The block we are looking at is henley exclusive, so its cheaper and you can only build on it if you go with Henley Re: Building H M Q3 786Jul 18, 2016 11:48 am stayxtrue Have you selected builder and started the whole process again yet?[/quote] Yep we have, we are sticking with Henley! One of the other reasons we are leaving BW's is that they did not enforce landscaping within 6 months and some of the streets look awful as people have not completed or adhered to what they said they would do. So we are heading to another estate which enforces this sort of thing! Plus the block we got was in a good location, so We are pretty stoked about it... The only issue is we need to organise bridging finance :S And I have no idea how this stuff works Re: Building H M Q3 788Jul 18, 2016 12:13 pm yeah we got lucky we didn't need to do bridging finance. You'll also need to be going with the same bank as your current loan... that was so not happening this time. Will you be starting to build soon, if not and if settlement on your place is short then you might not need a bridging loan? Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! But it is all cutting it fine! We need to decide if its worth taking the gamble or or not! Re: Building H M Q3 790Jul 18, 2016 1:12 pm Congrats Stayztrue, and good luck with all the plans. You have joined Pearz club so soon Can't wait to follow progress on both houses Re: Building H M Q3 791Jul 18, 2016 1:57 pm Well here is an update... Realestate agent just called me and told me that they ran out of stock this weekend!! All houses sold!!! So they want to push our open house one week earlier which will be this saturday!!! I am about to go into crazy man mode!! So much to do, trying to get the section 32 all sorted etc... SOOO much to get done! SOOO much to get done! Great! Good sign the market is still hot! Have u done all the photos yet? The only problem with having an open without the s32 in place is agent won't be allowed to legally take an offers until buyers a given a copy of s32. Perhaps chase your conveyancer on it?
