Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 10, 2014 2:34 pm Our selections for bricks and roof have been made, well that's in our heads, have not signed off with the builder.
We have selected a new brick from Selkirk (Silver Pearl) http://www.selkirk.com.au/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=192&virtuemart_category_id=25 And a new colorbond colour Basalt http://colorbond.com/colour Why do we have to pick these????? No houses to look at with these bricks and even the roof colour is something which has not been used much. We did receive 3 bricks from Selkirk, but just wanted to see a big nice wall with these. So if anyone is using the bricks or has selected the same roof colour as we have and is willing to share some pictures.... That would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, DD Re: New brick and colorbond colour 2Jan 10, 2014 5:21 pm i was used pgh sorbetto, colour looks similar of yours.. Hi all, Our boundary perimeter fences need replacing (3 sides). From everyone's experience, what would you install? Timber lapped and capped OR colorbond? Thank you. 0 2890 Your house roof does not show rusting other than some surface rust on the flashings. In my opinion you dont need to replace or paint the roof other than treat surface rust… 1 10227 You should pressure clean your roof first and make sure the paint you buy also is anti mould. 4 18579 |
