So hopefully that means, my build will be programmed and I will have a slap in 3 - 6 weeks. Still think my build won't be complete till after Christmas though. feroshious Have you looked at how much it will be for soil removal yet? I fear this answer as I think I read Fairmont charge $1100 per truck load.. Re: Building with Fairmont Homes / RealtySA @ Woodcroft Hori 16Jun 20, 2014 8:52 am I just got my quote for Soil Removal. We can cart and dump this clean fill at $17.50 /T + GST. We can cart and dump vegetation for $42.00 /T + GST. Re: Building with Fairmont Homes / RealtySA @ Woodcroft Hori 20Jul 02, 2014 6:57 pm That sucks, I know what you mean, there should be no reason that people from stage 3 are so far ahead of us, it's so frustrating to see so many houses with frame work up and still only have an empty block. We're still waiting for the guy who cuts out the blocks to get back to us, so hopefully the weather clears up a bit. We went with colour bond so no roof tile problems. Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 76091 I would never build with Fowler homes.
