Hi elemist, I've received the invoice for council rate, but since I opted for paperless, hence received it via email, instead of post. The rates are still for vacant residential, although I've been living in my house since 14th april. I think they will send an adjustment later. Lets hope for your sake they overlook that you've been there for a few months now... More money out of your pocket otherwise! Did you have to install an outdoor TV antenna? In my house, one TV point works, but the other does not. I asked Intelligent Homes and they advised to install an outdoor TV antenna.
