Our build with MJH http://ganilton.blogspot.com.au/?m=1 I used H&K Ryan for the pre linings inspection. Great comprensive report, thankfully no real issues were found. Was also thinking of using them again for PCI however 50/50 at this stage. Cheers. Re: Building at Willowdale 2584May 09, 2016 3:11 pm Daengus Hi All, Does anyone have good contacts/recommendations from personal experience for fencing and landscaping? If so, would appreciate if you could pm me details. Thanks in advance ☺ Have just PM'd you now Re: Building at Willowdale 2585May 10, 2016 11:38 am Rach_C Ganilton Hi everyone, Do you think getting an independent inspector for PCI is value added? They picked up things we would've missed and they highlighted everything that was beyond tolerance and the builder has no option but to fix. Previously every time we asked about something we thought needed to be fixed we were told "its within tolerance". This eliminated the builder pulling the wool over our eyes.. Gives you peace of mind.. =) Re: Building at Willowdale 2587May 11, 2016 7:33 am Daengus Ganilton Hi everyone, Do you think getting an independent inspector for PCI is value added? Re: Building at Willowdale 2595May 11, 2016 8:13 pm Dream SS Hi All So exited to join this community . We just bought our land in DENHAM PARK. Anyone here own a land at Denham Park? Hi dream, good to know there is another Denham Park resident on here. Lol. It's a very exciting time. What street are you on? We are on pennyroyal bvd. Re: Building at Willowdale 2596May 11, 2016 9:34 pm Hello everyone, (reposting in the correct thread, will delete the previous one) Currently we have a land on Stage 9A (Stonecrop street, any naighbours?? ). The bank has done an evaluation so we can settle BUT an issue has been raised. The land contracts from Stocklands says "Willowdale". The evaluator has writen "Denham Court" !!! Which one is right? The reason i'm asking is because "Willowdale" is not showing in the bank's system as a suburb but it only shows Denham Court. As far as I know we are not at Denham Court or are we????? Has anyone been in this situation?? Thanks in advance. We are currently in stage 9B on Commissioners Drive, so I am guessing not too far away Re: Building at Willowdale 2599May 12, 2016 6:44 am krishhd ashur Hello everyone, (reposting in the correct thread, will delete the previous one) Currently we have a land on Stage 9A (Stonecrop street, any naighbours?? ).
