Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building at Willowdale 3161Oct 09, 2018 1:25 pm Why would Stockland pay the contribution fee when it’s part of your house build? That doesn’t make sense. I also contacted willowdale and they deny paying anything
Exemption letter issued by council under Sec 94 A states following : - "You are now advised the Sec 94A levy is no longer required to be paid to the Council, following the execution of the Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Council and the developer, Stockland Development Pty Ltd."
Your right the estate and Stockland customer service has no idea. I called Campbelltown council and they agreed we won’t be paying the fee. Sweet Re: Building at Willowdale 3167Nov 12, 2018 12:08 pm Hi, I recently moved here. It has been 3 weeks now. It is a nice place for kids and family. With Bush Fire Rating, it will change by the time you start the construction. Your builder should guide you to get a certificate from a consultant who will certify Zero rating. Cheers and All the best! Re: Building at Willowdale 3169Nov 12, 2018 12:27 pm I built with Mutual Homes, but I would strongly not recommend this builder to anyone now. Spend little bit more money and go with reputed builders. https://www.mutualhomes.com.au/home-designs/vantage/ Mine is 28 squares with few modifications to this design. Re: Building at Willowdale 3171Nov 13, 2018 7:30 pm Stormwater Manhole /Pitt adjustment Thought I would share. For those with Sydney Water Pitts that need raising, Sydney Water offer a FREE adjustment for landscaping. The link is here https://www.sydneywater.com.au/SW/plumb ... /index.htm I’m in a part of williwdale full of them and only found this out by accident! It will save you some $ in doing it yourself! Re: Building at Willowdale 3174Nov 29, 2018 5:52 am What kind of problem are you facing? My land registration went fine but ours were registered in Jul 2018. Re: Building at Willowdale 3175Nov 29, 2018 5:54 am The rain was terrible yesterday. To homeowners who have already moved into the estate, how is the estate coping with the flood? Can you please share some pic of the impact?
