To homeowners who have already moved into the estate, how is the estate coping with the flood? Can you please share some pic of the impact? Re: Building at Willowdale 3185Nov 29, 2018 11:38 am slagozzz I bought it for 353K. Also my lot has a bush fire rating. That means I have to spend more on building. Have you already moved to your new home? How is the community there? Re: Building at Willowdale 3186Nov 29, 2018 11:42 am ChristineA slagozzz I bought it for 353K. Also my lot has a bush fire rating. That means I have to spend more on building. Have you already moved to your new home? How is the community there? whats the rating? We are 12.5 and wasn't an excessive additional expensive. Rating is 29. Bank told me that as per current market trend land value will fall by then. I am bit scared thinking of that. Does anyone know who is responsible for organising and paying for this? Us or our neighbour or the builder? I put a deposit down on unregistered land mid last year in Willowdale 375sqm for 439k due to be registered at around July-Sept 2019. Just wondering if anyone of you that purchased a unregistered land in Willowdale and got their land valuated by the bank recently? I am just a bit worried that banks will value the land a lot lower than the original purchase price knowing that market is not so great at the moment.
