About 4m in length, 2.5 in width (approx) Anyone already have one of these or sussed out the costs of these? Its on our "want" list for now but am keen to see whether we can budget it in Thanks Re: Building at Willowdale 2306Feb 15, 2016 10:01 am PammyD Hi all - we're pondering the idea of putting a small dip/plunge pool in our backyard. Which will give a but of more use able space Do we know the requirements as to distance of the fence house etc, been looking at Camden's council sure but no luck on that information.... Just double check the regulations with the pool/spa fencing. Im pretty sure at the start of this year the law changed to include any open body of water more than 30cm deep had to be fenced. im not 100% sure but worth clarifying. Put $30k in your budget, it's ridiculously expensive once you add fence / paving / landscaping etc. Check out www.australianplungepools.com.au and http://www.allcastprecast.com.au/ There's also a place that does pools from shipping containers! Re: Building at Willowdale 2309Feb 18, 2016 3:15 pm Hi Everyone, Just a bit off topic for this thread. But please check out the following thread, any kind of help in terms of feedback would be much appreciated! FYI - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82071 Cheerio OB! Re: Building at Willowdale 2310Feb 19, 2016 11:41 am Prices are less than Stage 9 and it might be because of the market and the fact that most lots are along the main road leading out to denham court road. Will be quite a bit of traffic in the mornings and evenings along that stretch. Oh well, it is what it is... I mentioned property climate too besides location of lots :p Re: Building at Willowdale 2314Feb 19, 2016 12:35 pm I think also because Stockland might be competing with nearby estates like Vulcan ridge and emerald hills. Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78449 Building at Willowdale 2316Feb 19, 2016 4:59 pm Does amount of work they have to do eg dig and level cut and fill affect prices stage 9 was extremely hilly compared to land Stocklands has on offer now which might be cheaper because of that? Or might just be to much competition from other estates.
