I take it, its not just pick a piece of land and pick a house and away you go? We've seen some display homes which have awesome landscaping, how much does that actually cost to do? Our lot number is 3011, on the block which is at the corner of the sports field and the canal. Anyone know if there is any progress there? Is the area behind fence officially opened now? Hi buliarios, my stage 1B block cost me $572/sqM, house cost me $1395/sqM, & landscaping quote $12700, concreting paths & additional area in rear yard quote $9700, & fencing quote $3200. I've gone for somewhat awesome landscaping/concreting with different levels in the garden using Tasman bricks.
