Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 10, 2013 9:44 pm After all my lurking, I finally get to create a thread of my own. (Probably a little early but I'm also very excited )
Just signed a contract for the land and just waiting for the cooling off period to end. I have been in discussions with a Fairmont homes sales consultant in regards to a slightly modified house plan called 'Fremantle' (Plan below). I have removed some things, changed some things and estimated about $25k for footings. The block is 9.91m wide and 33.53 deep in Ingle Farm. Plans - Link All thoughts and suggestions are welcome, this will be a on-going thread as they believe I wont get into the house till this time next year.. Re: SA - Ingle Farm - Fairmont Homes 2Dec 10, 2013 9:47 pm Congratulations on starting your own thread, exciting stuff!
