So much thinking! Same design as you . But I think the sales rep got a bit confused with what we wonted. By the time he came back with a price we had gone with red ink. You have a large house there yourself . I see 6 bedrooms .not many houses out there with that many. Not looking forward to cleaning though lol . You can fill them up like me lol . I would of liked to up graded a lot more stuff but still have to do backyard, lights etc. that etc list keeps getting longer:) the joys of building you know the wont or need list. Maybe I'll build again ( not ) it's really hard when you have kids. They will start your build soon and the excitement will start. Don't worry about your selections ,I don't know about your builder but I added and changed things heaps . The problem is for us anyway prestart was so long ago that you start to wonder if you still like your selections. Re: Melsie 68 16Dec 10, 2013 8:28 am There are so many things I would love to do with the house, but it all adds up. Theses days we need bigger home as the kids will never leave, not with the price of houses going up. Re: Melsie 68 17Dec 10, 2013 9:03 am Hello day dreaming.it toke a while to learn how to post lol . When do they think they will start. I was a bit worried with how quick they started my home after slab ( cure time) but they said one week was fine . So I guess I'll trust them. Once they start they will fly through it and your rendering the whole house so maybe even quicker. The key is keep ringing and bond with your liaison officer . We did sign up with sale rep last October and finance didn't go through to January . Chin up your house will look amazing.Think of it this way no progress payment ,There killing me lol Re: Melsie 68 20Dec 10, 2013 4:07 pm She will likely have a bit of a wait still unfortunately. I am at 6 weeks after slab, 4 weeks since brick delivery, 3 from window frames and still no concrete or sand. On the upside, there is a toilet! My Build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64881 |
