Hysterical, I reckon widening the roller door at the front would help, even 200 - 300mm - just makes life easier when driving in and out. Yes, fully agreed that widening the front garage door just by that 200mm would have made life easier, but i guess it is too late. Nevermind...next one perhaps... Re: Garage of PD Cremorne 19May 14, 2008 10:17 pm We asked if we could have the internal walls of our garage - Cremorne 41 - bricked and were advised by our CSC that no, they had to be plastered. Then at tender we asked again and we were told that three walls would be bricked but the wall up against house where internal door is would be plastered. We've now seen our plans and guess what..............all four walls are showing as bricked! Alot of bother for nothing......
We didn't extend our garage in any way. We measured our current garage which is alot smaller than what we will have in the cremorne so we've left it. If two cars don't fit in then hubby's work car will be out in the driveway!
