Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 03, 2013 8:32 pm We are building with Henley in Victoria and are almost at lockup. We went out on site after work today and I noticed none of the wooden stacker doors appear to fit correctly in the door frames. I wish I'd taken some photos, and will do so next time, but basically if you pull the door shut, the bottom of the door appears flush with the frame but at the top of the door there is a sizeable gap of several mm. It's almost as if either the doors aren't square or the walls/door frames aren't plumb. I didn't have a level so I couldn't confirm either. I'm hoping it's just that the doors have just been basically assembled and still need to be adjusted correctly. Does anyone have any experience with this at all? I will of course be bringing this up with our site supervisor when we next see him, but it would be nice to know beforehand if it is likely to be a problem or not. I would have fretted about it until I got as chance to speak to the SS. Re: stacker door frames 4Jan 18, 2014 8:02 pm I have noticed ours are also like that, so it seems they fix them towards the end! I hope! Re: stacker door frames 8Jan 19, 2014 1:48 pm Oh I know they will provide a new one, it's just the point of how low people are! Sure looks like the type of track that I fitted to my house. My supplier said that the underside has a tray which drains to the front. They cut vertical slots in it.
