I love your wood look tiles. We're still considering this option ourselves. I'd love to get a rough idea of the costs for the tiles and laying if you are willing to share (via PM). Best of luck getting the block cleared! Nice to see the slab up close! Soakwells and window frames have been delivered as well I know people have said it before but its true, the slab does look smaller than expected. Now we can see the amount of space we have left on our block. Not as much as I thought we'd have but thats all good, not much of a gardener BUILDER SUMMIT HOMES | DESIGN THE MONACO 248 » Our Build Thread Re: Building with Summit Homes, Corimbia Estate - SLABBED! 98Mar 22, 2014 5:33 am PixelBit Cheers BB! Now we can see the amount of space we have left on our block. Not as much as I thought we'd have but thats all good, not much of a gardener Lol it's amazing how much extra m2 adds up once you started getting quotes for paving and landscaping. We've got a nice big block like yours as well it may not look like a huge area left but compared to most blocks it's huge and when you start talking $50-$100m2 to pave or landscaping you'll realize how much bigger your garden really is We are definitely not gardeners either so stay tuned for our maintenance free garden. At least you know someone from Summit was there while they poured it - we watched ours being done almost from start to finish and no one showed up except our friends with a bottle of moet! Which was probably more fun haha. You'll realise how huge it is when the bricks start going up Re: Building with Summit Homes, Corimbia Estate - SLABBED! 100Mar 30, 2014 5:29 pm we'll see see if that continues throughout the process Twiggens, We should have brought a bottle of something when we went to see it too.
