Looking for some advice - we have our tender appointment with Porter Davis in early December which has been booked in for a few weeks now.
Something urgent has come up at work and I will now need to be interstate on this date. I requested to change the appointment but they have come back saying there are no more appointments and if it is changed it will impact on our March site start.
I understand the appointment is important, and it is a busy time of year - but surely as a customer service based company they need to provide some kind of flexibility around this??
Has anyone else had experiences with lack of flexibility around appointments with PD? Any advice?
