It is only H &L package. You can't just buy the land. They have indicated prices valid until 31/8/15. After this date prices will increase how low this company. They know land is not going to register until 2016. They feed a carrot to people buy land for expensive price and hit with price increase as soon as you sign the contract. Be careful if you are a first home buyer with budget. You don't have much time left once the land is registered. Market could go down end of this year. You may get under valuation of your land and with lesser loan. Well Mirvac is only charging for the location at the moment and its a flood free area. Re: The Avenue - Schofields 188Jun 10, 2015 9:20 pm I think Stockland new release will be better than Mirvac.... I will wait for Stockland release and will opt out of Mirvac for now.. Mirvac land is slopy and goes from high to low in west east direction towards a water retension basin.. They have two temporary water retention near the precinct 1 and 2, but the one near the new release is permanent. If you have a look at the Council master plan you will find it there as well. This makes it clear that all the water from storm and rains will come from northern area of the new release and the new release area all will be accumulated there... Moreover pricing seems to be affordable only because land size is low, however compare there house prices and add a turn key package it will be 10% more than other competitors ... They were cheaper than Mirvac when they released last time, and all lots were 12.5 wide and same is the case for this final release. Now I am confused.. whether to go for Oaklands or wait for stockland release... Any suggestions guys ? Mirvac is out of picture for me, but confused. Hello Dara My brother in law stayed back in office and tried to register and he said the registration closed page started from 6:01, that is 1 minute after the release time. How did your friend manage to register? My friend had tried from 5.50pm could not even open the form after 5 min the site said closed. My friend made a complain to Mirvac Marketing Manager Kathy Arici. Better luck next time!
