Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 18, 2013 11:30 am Hi everyone, I was hoping we could start a little community of 'locals' who could help each other out with tips, hints and supplier recommendations. I'm in Muswellbrook and am starting the search for a fencing supplier. Our neighbours on one side have finished building and have had their fence erected by an friend who charged them $48/lm. My best bud is on the other side of them and requested a quote to get the rest of their fencing done by the same person but he now wants to charge $70/lm! It's rural fencing so just post and wire. Anyone know of anywhere that will do a better price than that? Luckily we're on a corner and the front fencing was done by the developer so we only need to do one more side. Our builder is just finalising the quote, then it's into council and moving ahead. I'd love to chat about anything to do with building process, look forward to hearing from you. How did you go with prices for fencing? We only have the front fence so will have 3 sides to do with the timber post/wire. I can imagine there would be some price differences Building the Bronte Executive Grande go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110571 Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11035 |
