Ha, I'm certainly not patient!!!! I reckon they've got at most 2 or 3 days work to do. They've given themselves 2 weeks to do it. No use putting undue pressure on yourself hey???? :S

You appear much more patient than me - our PCI is 16th this last stage has felt very slow..... Ha, I'm certainly not patient!!!! I reckon they've got at most 2 or 3 days work to do. My SS wanted to push it back, but there is only a handful of things to do (and most were scheduled for the week just gone ). My husband works FIFO - so he graciously agreed to the 16th, keys on 26th. I don't want to do PCI without hubby - and really it doesn't have to be perfect at PCI does it???? Re: Duke's Double - PCI 19th June 383Jun 08, 2015 11:36 pm Hi Duke, we are just starting to look at some builders, Bellagio is one of them. Would you recommend them? Also, I was wondering if you would mind sharing what your budget was? We think that they may be a bit expensive. Absolutely fine if you would rather not! Thanks. Hi Ains, We would certainly be happy to recommend Bellagio, the quality of the trades has been really good and our supervisor is excellent. They could improve their communication, but I don't think there is a builder that couldn't Being a smaller builder they generally utilise the same sub-contractors wherever possible, this is good for quality but I think it can add a bit of time to your build when they're waiting to use a certain trade and they're busy on another job. Will PM you about costs. Cheers, Duke Re: Duke's Double - PCI 19th June 385Jun 12, 2015 11:08 am Had our final clean yesterday and managed to get in for a look.
