I started looking into extending the paving that builder was to do and was finding it more expensive to pave than to do LL. So in the end moved the builders allowance to a front path and arranged our own LL. Was $60/m2 laid. Also, I'm not a fan of paving as such, have always had issues with weeds, ants, and uneven paving caused by these over time. It took myself and my old man 8 full days, glad I don't have to do that for a few years We were quite boring with our colour, or lack thereof! Dulux natural white everywhere except for kids room which had a couple of walls of colour each, Alley quarter for the son and Pax quarter for the daughter. Carpet got installed on Wednesday, will spend this weekend hanging some temporary curtains in the bedrooms and then move in next weekend Wow I hadn't realised things had gotten that pricey in just a couple of years since I built, that is crazy with how much land is now costing if you aren't lucky enough to… 3 7144 We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports with photos at every stage,… 6 7159 i would not be signing anything on the day read your contract about when builder submits final invoice generally, have to meet builder within 7 days of receiving final… 1 4749 |
