Avenger Hi Avenger We went to Carpet Call who supply the carpets under the new gen contract. we upgraded the carpet though cost us about 200 dollars extra but it was worth it we think. That must have been some upgrade! we really did not have the money...otherwise would have upgraded the tiles or would have gone for wooden floors. Slide downhill when you think its going well? I am having that happen now. Got hit by a 350 dollar water bill. Metre shows that there was a use of approximately 2700 lts per day over two months. Nothing can explain that except burst plumbing or theft. But there are no puddles anywhere and therefore that rules out plumbing issues more or less and can only mean someone stole the water. And then when I went to check the meter yesterday found that the house had been vandalized. Someone had sprayed and tagged and scratched the windows.
