Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 04, 2013 1:53 pm My house has been built 2.5 years ago. I intended to have a swimming pool so we had to revise the plans according to council requirements to fit the smallest pool available. Original intention was to have it installed before the house however pool people warned that the builder may damage it. I put the deposit on the pool. Plans for the house show the location for the pool and distance from the house to the fence at 4217. Money dried out after the built and I didn't get to organizing the pool till now. Except now I can't have the pool. The distance is 3790 instead of agreed 4217 What can I expect o contacting the builder? Has anyone been in the situation where it can NOT be fixed? contract 10/11 prestart 04/10 slab 06/10 bricks 07/10 roof 09/10 plaster 10/10 Ceiling 10/10 LOCKUP 10/10 tiling wet areas 11/10 garage floor 11/10 PCI 12.01.11 handover 11.02.11 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=39361&hilit=malvern+springs We are in !!! Best bet is to talk to the builder and see what he suggests.
