Your home looks great I drove past last Friday and saw that you had moved in (might have spotted your hubby at the front ). I also noticed you did your fence on the right half way - I am guessing you are leaving the other half for your neighbor??? Unfortunately, things are going to be very slow with our build as our SS indicated that bricking will not start until after the xmas break Our water meters are in our drive way too and our understanding is that we wont be able to move it due to statutory laws (whatever this means????). I'd be keen to know how you go on this as it is really a pain for us given the size of our garage. More importantly, how are you finding living in the new estate, seems a bit quiet but nothing beats living in your newly built house I believe. A lot of the homes are now occupied I noticed. We will be joining you soon fingers crossed and hopefully meet you and your family soon. I think I saw you through our window while my daughter was having a major tanty! Ppl probably think we are committing murder! Lol We left our fence half way because the neighbors will build on the boundary & if we fences all the way it will just have to be pulled down, so we left enough room for them to build & then will join the fence to their garage when they are finished Oh who did you speak to about the water meters? I rang sa water & council & they both just said we had to fill out forms & pay then they will move them. Yes their are a few living in the estate now I love it. Even with the construction going on around us! Looking forward to our footpath going in, as our front yard is slowly collapsing!!! Also some street lights at night would be nice lol Re: Hickinbotham Homes - Green Tree Walk (Paralowie SA) 103Dec 23, 2014 10:51 am And yes! its been me/hubby in the maroon colored barina I sometimes rock up in a silver car too. I might have seen you around a few time too. Hope to meet you sometime. Please let me know how you go with moving the your water meter out of your drive way.
