Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Sales Staff & Site Costs 2Nov 02, 2013 11:51 pm Firstly, welcome and best of luck. Can't help with the prices but I'd say you are in the best possible position with regards to site works. We're in WA on a flat sandy site and our site costs are going to be around $13K including soakwells Tknight As an aside, I have been entirely amazed at the lack of sales skills exhibited by many of the staff of he larger builders. I'd be fired in 5 minutes if I spoke and/or acted and/or was unable to answer what I would deem many basic questions in my line of work. :S Is this normal? What you're finding is that some builders consider they're doing you a favour taking your hard-earned several hundred thousand dollars so they don't need to bother with customer service. I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13082 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15951 Henley should give you some indication of site costs.
